ICF offers the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC); this corresponds with the second of three coaching credential levels, which requires
meeting a series of requirements to guarantee high standards worldwide.

My niche is Hispanic businessmen residing in the USA and Canada or entrepreneurs of any nationality with companies in
Latin American countries or entrepreneurs with Hispanic clients/employees.

I have spent over 20 years living between Canada, Mexico, and USA. Living in Miami gives me extensive experience with
multiculturalism, protocols, and communication styles.

In broad terms, corporate coaching serves to motivate each team member or collaborator to clarify objectives, create
action plans aimed at optimizing results, improve the effectiveness of the organization, prevent failures, resolve
conflicts, develop skills, promote changes, convert failure into growth, train participants for negotiation, improve the quality
of results, etc.

I offer corporate coaching in two methods:

 

1. Individual Corporate Coaching

My clients or coachees are often small or medium business owners; entrepreneurs and executives. We work privately either in person at my office in Miami or online, from anywhere in the world.

Some common objectives are:

Increase communication skills to increase efficiency and improve performance and interpersonal relationships.

Create action plans according to the company’s mission and vision.

Create operational models to increase the company’s productivity.

Prepare and define job positions (organization chart).

Analysis and development of professional career plan.

2. Group Corporate Coaching.

I offer training within the company in the form of workshops
and group dynamics.

PHASES TO FOLLOW:

1. Initial interview to establish the general objective.

2. Evaluation and analysis of needs, via individual and group interviews with strategic members of the work team, as well as observation of the organization’s dynamics and operational processes.

3. Establishment of short, medium, and long-term plans.

4. Suggestions for workshops to train the team based on the pre-established objectives.
